At Peck Wear, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our custom matching apparel, and we want to make sure every order meets your expectations.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on incorrect size selections, change of mind, or customer errors in personalization details (e.g., names, colors, or text submitted at the time of order). We strongly encourage you to double-check all customization details before placing your order.
Eligible Returns
We do accept return requests if your item arrives:
- Defective or damaged
- With a printing or manufacturing error
- Incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong design sent by us)
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date to be eligible.
How We Resolve Issues
We do not issue monetary refunds. Instead, we will provide a free replacement or reprint of your original order at no additional cost to you. Once your claim is approved, your replacement will be produced and shipped promptly.
How to Submit a Return Request

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping
If a return shipment is required, Peck Wear covers all return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your request has been approved.
Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Items with customer-submitted errors (wrong name, text, or design details)
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items showing signs of wear, washing damage, or misuse
